Welcome! We are Dr. Carolyn Blair and Dr. Brian Stewart, the husband-and-wife team of dentists who founded Riverside Dental in downtown Cambridge more than 32 years ago.

Our Patients Become Friends

If you’re tired of chilly corporate courtesy and would like to be treated like a neighbour, Riverside Dental is the place for you. We enjoy fostering real friendships with our patients and have seen some grow from age 3 to age 23! We’ve even had the same employees for 17 years now.

Meet the Staff

Dr. Carolyn Blair and Dr. Brian Stewart

Carolyn and Brian both graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry in 1992, where their shared passion for oral health, and each other, began. After getting married in 1996, they spent several years practising in Cambridge before founding Riverside Dental together in 1999.

Today, they are proud to call Cambridge home, where they’ve built both a thriving dental practice and a loving family with their three wonderful sons and their fun-loving Doodle, George. Carolyn and Brian are dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate dental care to the families of their community, many of whom they’ve come to know and treat for generations.

Dr. Meghan McCauley, DDS

Dr. Meghan McCauley earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Western Ontario, where she graduated with distinction and received multiple awards for her clinical excellence — including the 3M Canada Inc. Clinical Award in Restorative Dentistry and the American Academy of Periodontology Award.

Passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, Dr. McCauley enjoys building long-term relationships with families and helping patients of all ages achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Outside the clinic, Dr. McCauley loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dog. She’s an avid traveler and enjoys staying active by playing a variety of sports.
